Smarter water. Greener lawn.
I fix, install, and maintain sprinkler systems in Clermont and surrounding areas. First inspection’s free. I’ll walk you through what your system is doing, where it needs work, and where it could do better. If it’s all good, I’ll tell you that too.

“My lawn's been fine for years…”
We hear it all the time. Here's the honest truth: in Florida, there's no code or inspection for sprinkler installs. Most new systems get the lawn wet, but the coverage underneath is wildly uneven. Some spots get soaked, others barely get a drink.
A lawn like that isn't fine. It's surviving. Roots decline first, long before you see it up top. The grass recovers just enough each year to limp into the next one, slowly thinning the whole time.
Our specialty is fixing exactly that: moving and adding heads until your system lays a full, even blanket of water across the entire lawn — every single time it runs. Once the coverage is even, the lawn does the rest.
Everything your sprinkler system needs
First inspections are always free for new customers. Phillip inspects everything in detail, maps out your current system with the fixes he'd recommend, then walks through your options with you — before any work begins.
Coverage Tune‑Ups
Our most popular fix. We replace, reposition, and add heads to achieve true head‑to‑head coverage, so water lands evenly across every inch of your lawn — no more fungus and disease on the overwatered side of a zone while the other side dies of drought.
Repairs That Last
Broken heads, pipe breaks, stuck valves, mystery zones. We repair like‑for‑like with quality 6‑inch heads set safely below grade, placed so the edger doesn't claim the next one too. Everything we install is backed by a minimum 1‑year parts & labor warranty.
Smart Controller Upgrades
Rain sensors wear out fast in our Florida climate, the humidity and constant rain wear them out. A smart controller costs about the same. Phillip links it to his contractor account — so when you need help, he pulls your system up from his end and sorts it with you over a quick call, instead of charging you for a service visit.

New Zones & Installs
New sod, garden beds, or a whole new system, designed for efficient watering from day one. Micro and drip zones for beds and planters are a specialty.
Pump Replacement
When a pump burns out, we replace it right: schedule‑80 fittings where the cheap stuff fails, a pressure‑relief valve so the new pump can never cook itself, and a cleanable filter to protect everything upstream.
Maintenance Plans
Heads get run over, nozzles clog, schedules need seasonal adjusting. I come every other month, walk every zone, and fix the little stuff before it turns into dead grass or a big bill.
Sodding it again won't fix it
This Clermont homeowner resodded four times over the years — and the same spots kept dying, because the sprinklers were the problem all along. Landscapes change; trees grow, beds expand, sod gets swapped — but the irrigation almost never gets updated to match. We mapped every head, then rebuilt the coverage for the yard as it is today. Drag the handle to compare.
Before
AfterEvery existing head upgraded and repositioned, 11 new ones added. Sod is a bandage; this is the cure — the last time water is the reason grass dies here. Quoted flat after the free mapping — you approve the number before a single head moves.
💦 System stuck ON and won't shut off? That's a failed valve. It won't stop on its own. Local emergencies usually get a visit same or next day — and emergency or not, pricing is upfront and agreed with you before any work starts.

You'll always know what something costs before we touch it. Bigger jobs get a clear written quote on the spot, approved by you before any work begins.
First Inspection
Every new customer. Phillip walks every zone, maps your whole system, and gives you honest answers. No cost, no obligation, no pressure. My advice and your quote are yours to keep, free — even if you never book.
Service Call
Covers the visit, diagnosis, labor, and parts up to that total. If a job turns out bigger, you get a quote before anything happens. For scale: a quality replacement head runs about $55 installed, and a typical pipe break lands around $150 — both usually fit inside one service call.
Maintenance Visit
Every other month: full walkthrough, head adjustments, seasonal schedule tuning. Small problems get caught while they're still small, and cheap. A typical home runs 5–6 zones — about $100–120 a visit.
Why post prices? No mystery quotes, no sales guy who shows up just to book a second appointment. Most repairs get done on the first visit, and the guy quoting the job is the guy doing it. Everything installed carries a minimum 1‑year parts & labor warranty. Card, check, or Zelle — and payment only happens once the job is done.

Hi, I'm Phillip — the squid behind the sprinklers.
I spent three years in lawn care before making the jump to irrigation — eight years working Central Florida lawns in all. Lawn care taught me the lesson this company is built on: no amount of fertilizer or chemicals can save a lawn without even water underneath. So I made the water the whole job.
I'm an irrigation professional, on par with the big companies in knowledge and equipment, but small enough that the person who answers your call is the same one standing in your yard.
I'll walk your whole system with you, map out what I find, and explain it all clearly, so you understand exactly what you're paying for and why. The job isn't done until we're both happy when I leave your property.
